I started a new picture today

This one is familiar

I did a drawing of this a few weeks ago

I  paint in this traditionally in layers of glazed color

First though is the value layer

I decided to work into a large picture I started a few months ago

I am trying to work on larger canvases

This one is three feet by four feet

Value study first the i will glaze in color

I guess I needed to step away from it for a few weeks
